Our bodies do not make mistakes. Our bodies intuitively want to be healthy. Often, they are busy working behind the scenes to keep us going. Symptoms are our body’s call to us that it needs a little help keeping the peace. I find great excitement in being allowed the opportunity to partner with you in finding the root cause for your symptoms, not simply placing a band-aid. My promise to you is to always continue to look, listen, and assess- never ceasing to explore the newest and most innovative research and evidence to find new ways in moving forward to help you feel better. Collaboration and a strong emphasis on teamwork between you and I will create the solid framework for our mutual approach to wellness. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, although I have gained a substantial foundation of knowledge, it is my belief that, as a provider, the moment you think you know enough is the moment you stop being an excellent provider.

Personal Interests
When I am not in the clinic, nose deep in a book or a podcast about the latest and greatest research, or being a permanent student (which I wish I could make a career out of), you’ll find me loving on my two beautiful daughters, my four fluffy pups, or spending time with my husband. With a background in design, you’ll typically find me being creative somewhere, wallpapering another room, or coming up with the next best project to start. I love food (and anything that has to do with cooking, learning about it, and eating it), sunshine, walking barefoot somewhere in my yard, watching classic 90’s movies, finding new and fun experiences, traveling and cozying up by a good fire with a book or my family.
